Role Model has been in love. So in love that he wrote his entire debut album "Rx" from 2022 about his relationship at the time. However, not all relationships last forever, and after his relationship ended, the heartbreaks became the focal point of the 27-year-old singer's second album "Kansas Anymore", which was released earlier this year.

However, Role Model does not come from Kansas, but rather from the American state of Maine. He began releasing music in 2017 with a number of independent singles that received praise from, among others. Benny Blanco and Mac Miller. Back then, it wasn't as a singer/songwriter, but as a rapper. However, he quickly began a musical transformation, and his music has gradually moved more and more into genres such as indie and pop, i.a. on the two EPs "oh, how perfect" and "our little angel", which created a great hype around him.

On the latest album, he tries his hand at a more folk-inspired sound, which has resulted in more than 45 million streams to date. The heartfelt songs delve into life's ups and downs, and on the other side, Role Model stands with a straight forehead.

Now the eclectic singer is ready to take the guitar under his arm and the album in his luggage when he sets out on the road in the autumn. Here he will be able to be experienced in Pumpehuset on 25 November.
