Pumpehusets can be booked as an empty shell where you can create, shape and execute precisely the event you would like. We do also deliver full-service solutions with bar, catering, production and service staff, cleaning and full light and sound packages.
Pumpehuset's largest hall is Kransalen on the first floor. The hall still shows off it's legacy as an old pumping station, pumping clean water out to the people of Copenhagen. The iconic concert hall has a raw look with a beautiful wooden roof construction, large stage and industrial feel.
Kransalen is a very versatile hall that can house large scale concerts with 600 standing guests, dinners with 100 - 250 seated guests, conferences, meetings, fashion shows, film production and everything in between.
Pumpehuset's small hall, Sort Sal, at ground level can either function as a party/meeting venue for smaller gatherings (50-200 guests) or as a lobby for main events held in our large hall upstairs
With its small corner stage, rustic pillars and beautiful stairwell, Sort Sal's potential is endless and great for smaller conferences, parties with a perfect sized dancefloor or as a lounge
Byhaven is Pumpehuset's outdoor music venue, summer garden, bar and eatery located in the yard outside Pumpehuset. Byhaven is open every spring and summer from April to September and it's small stage, large seated capacity and cozy beer garden atmosphere is perfect for a summer party, an informal reception or a glass of welcome bubbles before an event indoors. Byhaven has a capacity of 200 seated guests where 150 seats can be covered and heated by gaslamps.
