For the second year running Pumpehuset will open its own beautiful, green, sheltered city garden. This time we’ve made it even more alluring than last year’s, with more cozy seating, lush green surroundings, and the real feeling of being tucked away from all the city’s traffic.
Byhaven is open all Summer, when we’ll be teaming up with our best musical friends for an amazing program of open-air concerts. The garden is open from Wednesday to Saturday, and there will be plenty of time to socialise, work on exams, play fussball, and have picnics and barbecues.
There are enough seats for everyone, a great summer vibe, free wi-fi and coffee in the pot. Feel free to bring barbecues and picnic baskets, then buy your drinks at the bar – that’s how we pay our artists.
Ham Den Lange
Thorbjørn Bech-Rossen AKA Ham Den Lange started rapping in the late '90s (known then as Heimer D). He developed an interest in poetry through his father, a journalist, so although his original motivation to start rapping was really about getting girls, this latent interest became stronger and more serious over the years, and brought him to where he is today.
In 2013 he released his EP Klub Dovensmart as Ham De Lange with the upcoming rapper Marki Cord, best known as a member of the group Contra Auguste. He also formed the group Manus Nigra, consisting producer Swab, singer Fönix and himself. This project has a new concept that combines singing, rap, and a serious lyrical atmosphere that focuses on issues in our society.
