PUMPEHUSET and Live Nation presents

Kvelertak offers Norwegian smash with all the best from hard rock to black metal to hardcore in Pumpehuset on 17 October

Norwegian kvelertak is very aptly described by Revolver Magazine as a “blackened rock and roll party. In any case, their musical thread mix of hard rock, hardcore, black metal and good old-fashioned rock'n'roll is in full swing. The band creates their own unique sound using triple guitar harmonies and lyrics written in Norwegian. Kvelertak has, among other things, toured with Iron Maiden and Foo Fighters in Norway and was support for Metallica on the WorldWired Tour and also visited Copenhell.

Formed in 2007, the band has released four albums to date, with a fifth album "Endling" on the way. Three out of the four releases became #1 on the Norwegian charts. The upcoming album "Endling" offers catchy and atmospheric hard rock melodies, where Kvelertak seems to be bigger and more creative than ever before.

Cancer Bats
With 17 years under their belt, including 7 acclaimed studio albums, five JUNO Award nominations and countless tours around the world, Cancer Bats have become an undeniable force in the world of heavy music. They are one of the hardest working bands in the industry, and this can be seen with their many covers and countless interviews in, among others, Kerrang!, Exclaim!, Revolver and Rock Sound. Last year they peaked once again when they released the album "Psychic Jailbreak" to rave reviews from die hard fans and critics alike. Cancer Bats prove time and time again that these party metal anthems are here to stay!
