Born and raised in North London, Jazmin Bean (they/them) has set the bar high for modern pop music, not only as a singer-songwriter, but also as a multimedia artist. Playing with the friction between vulnerability and persona, nightmare and fantasy, trauma and healing, the multi-faceted performer invites the listener into their unique universe of alternative, infectious pop music.

When they were just 16 years old, Bean released their self-financed independent breakthrough single, 'Worldwide Torture' on YouTube. The single has 5.5 million views on the platform, while their second single 'Saccharine' has more than 66 million views so far.

In 2020, Bean released their independent debut EP, 'Worldwide Torture'; a five-song recording that balances hard-hitting lyrics with dreamlike breaks, melodic pop verses and trap metal influences.

In February 2024 Bean released their highly anticipated debut album, 'Traumatic Livelihood' and in this connection they go on tour and visit Pumpehuset on 13 October 2024.
