Delta Goodrem is an artist of many talents. She is a singer-songwriter and an acclaimed actress. Delta is one of the biggest artists in Australia and Delta's first album, Innocent Eyes (2003), was one of the best-selling debut albums in Australian history. The album set a record 29 weeks at #1 in Australia. It topped the Australian album charts and went 23x platinum. With the album, she also became the first artist ever to have five #1 singles on the Australian charts from one debut album.

Her last album "Wings of the Wild" debuted at #1 with the platinum hit "Wings". The sold-out arena tour accompanying the release of the album broke records as Delta became the best-selling female Australian touring artist of 2016 and the tour's live concert DVD won a #1 on the ARIA charts.

In January 2020, Delta was inspired to write "Let It Rain" after seeing the devastation from the bushfires in Australia. All proceeds from the release of the song went to the Red Cross bushfire relief effort.
