Life of Agony are celebrating the 30th anniversary of their seminal album "River Runs Red" and will visit Pumpehuset on Friday 3rd November with Tarah Who & Prong as special guests
Life of Agony is an uncompromising alternative metal band from Brooklyn that emerged on the New York music scene in the early 90s with one of the most distinctive sounds of its genre. For nearly three decades, the group toured the world and shared stages with the biggest names in heavy rock and metal, including Metallica, Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, Foo Fighters and even The Red Hot Chili Peppers. Life of Agony has sold over a million albums to date.
In 2019, the band released their sixth and for the time being last album, 'The Sound of Scars' on Napalm Records. The record received critical acclaim in several media, and was produced by Sylvia Massy, who previously produced Tool & System of a Down.
