Ukrainian Go_A (pronounced Goa) has found the golden middle ground between the folk song of the Ukrainian roots and the electronica of the future. Go_A strikes the balance between the energetic and heartfelt, and the homely and unfamiliar, all of which is brought together by front singer Kateryna Pavlenko, who acts as an eccentric and vocal focal point.

Back in 2020, they won the Ukrainian melody grand prix with the song "SHUM", sung entirely in Ukrainian, with which they entered Eurovision in 2021 and came fifth. "SHUM" has since become a worldwide phenomenon, with the track sneaking into the top spot on the Spotify Viral USA playlist. Later, it became the first ever Ukrainian song to enter Billboard's top 200.

Instrumentally, Go_A offers Ukrainian traditional instruments such as sopilka, frilka, floyara and telynka, which are mixed with Brazilian drums and the mythical "white song" technique, which is so wild that it must be experienced live to be explained.
