The viral great talent Henry Moodie is coming to Copenhagen

The young great talent Henry Moodie has rocketed to become wildly popular among his peers for his immediate musical universe and cathartic songs, which are best sung to the full force of the lungs.

With sources of inspiration such as Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo and Conan Gray, the British singer-songwriter has managed in a few years and with just one EP and a number of singles to build a dedicated listenership all over the world.

At just 12 years old, he started writing songs, playing the piano and uploading cover songs to YouTube. He was discovered by a talent manager at the age of 13 with his cover of the Shawn Mendes track "My Blood", and subsequently became part of the band The 202.

Soon after, though, Moodie decided to go his own way and was admitted to the BIMM Music Institute's songwriting pipeline, gradually building a massive following on TikTok with his covers, and his videos have accumulated over 123 million likes at the time of writing.

In 2022, he released his debut single as a solo artist, "You Were There For Me", which quickly topped radio charts and Spotify playlists across Europe. The popularity has since only increased, and the single "Drunk Text" from 2024 became a viral hit that also topped the charts in countries such as Malaysia and Indonesia.

This autumn, local fans of the sensitive singer-songwriter phenomenon can look forward to seeing him live, fronting his biggest concert in Denmark to date, when he hits the Pumpehuset in Copenhagen on his Good Old Days Tour.
