Formed in New York City in 1993, the acclaimed trio Fun Lovin’ Criminals have established themselves as one of the most enduring bands from a scene that emerged in the 90s, a melting pot of pop culture and music, with their unique sound continuing to charm fans worldwide.
The band has earned a reputation as a must-see live name throughout their career and is dedicated to delivering electric shows with both new songs, deep cuts and of course their classics including “Scooby Snacks” – their biggest hit, with sound bites from Quentin Tarantino’s film, and “Love Unlimited”, a tribute to – and beloved by – soul superstar Barry White.
Over the course of 30 years, six albums and two EPs, the band has delivered their masterful fusion of genres such as rock, hip-hop, blues, jazz and disco, which has won them devoted fans and fascinated critics.
Founder, multi-instrumentalist and producer Brian 'East' Leiser, drummer and producer Frank Benbini, and guitarist Naim Cortazzi will be ready with the band's seventh album in 2025, which was created in collaboration with Grammy-winning sound engineer Tim Latham, ISP.
