DATTER is a new shot on the Danish music scene and plays indie rock with love from both the pop and rock scene. DATTER invites you into the honest indie universe of singer and songwriter Joe Cope, conveyed with the emotions on the clothes. Joe writes lyrics that are in a fragile but confident space. In interaction with her powerful vocals, both nerve and presence are created. DATTER creates a space where the emotions are carried by the music – it is the sound of a divided mind. The band is an amalgamation of musicians with very different musical backgrounds, but who meet for the love of that particular universe and sound image they have created through the project.
